Transform Harm
We are digging into what harm is in our community, how we define it, respond to it, and what different looks like. Directly impacted women are developing and sharing processes that work for us and our families. This type of work is referred to as Transformative Justice which deals with community-led alternatives to addressing interpersonal harm (person to person), that does not include police, courts, and prisons, and also addresses community accountability.
Transformative Justice is a building block to transforming neighborhoods and discovering more effective ways to address harm.
